Wedding Block Rate Deadline: August 14, 2025

Check-in time: 4pm

- Guests arriving prior to 4pm will be accommodated as soon as possible, but should be advised there is no guarantee a room will be ready prior to said check-in time.

- 2pm check-in may be available for $50.00. This is based on availability and subject to change based on the date.

- Guests can also check in after the wedding too as the front desk is open 24/7.

Check-out time: 11am

Shuttle Bus Service:

-The first pick-up of guests will begin at Comfort Inn & Suites at 2:45pm.

-The shuttle bus will then travel to The Landing Hotel to pick up additional guests.

-There will be only one additional second round pick-up at each hotel location (timing dependent on first round drop-off).

-Please look for a sign on the shuttle buses marked for the "Przystawski-Gifford Wedding"

-The final shuttle bus will arrive to Mohawk River Country Club by 4:15pm.

-The shuttle bus service will begin at 9:30pm to bring guests back to each hotel after the wedding.
