PASSPORT:
Highly encouraged to bring your passport. Many tours, including the train, require it as the physical Canadian Border is only 7 miles away even though Canadian custom is farther. If you decide to make the short drive to the pass, you will go through US Customs, and you will be required to drive all the way to Canadian customs (which is AFTER the pass), to return back to US Customs.
You're coming to Alaska in the summer, which means long days, warm temps, cool temps, and the chance for rain. This means you gotta dress for anything. Wear whatever you’re comfortable in for the wedding - yes that includes jeans and a t-shirt!

Good to Know
No power adapter needed – same outlets as anywhere in the U.S.
There is internet – you’ll be able to check in, stream, and work if needed.
We have a clinic in town if anything comes up.
Shopping: We have one small grocery store, an Ace Hardware, and a convenience store that surprisingly has a bit of everything. There are also a few outdoor gear and clothing stores if you need anything else once you’re here.
There is an ATM in town and 2 banks, but everywhere accepts credit cards.
