houston has two major airports- make sure to check both for the best flights!
Hobby (HOU) is a little easier to get in and out of but it is mostly Southwest airlines flights. It is a 20 minute drive southeast of downtown Houston.
Bush Intercontinental (IAH) is a United hub and will also have the other major airlines. It is about 30 minutes driving north from downtown Houston.
outside of a few walkable pockets of the city, you will likely need to use rideshare apps or rent a car to get around. an uber or lyft can get you to most attractions from downtown within 20 minutes and usually very reasonably priced. there is a small metro train line that goes from downtown to the museum district too.
We got a room block for out of town guests at Moxy Houston Downtown! Use the link above to book at a discounted rate ($169/rm/night)
