SHUTTLE PLANS - Leaving from outside Plaisterers Arms at 11:55!! If you’ve been asked to go on the first shuttle (family and grooms party) please make sure you are on the shuttle at 11:20! 
The reception venue is located at Stanway House in the Tithe Barn, just a short walk from St Peter's church in Stanway (reminder - the church is in Stanway - not Winchcombe).


Stanway is a village located on the Northern side of the Cotswolds, halfway between the towns of Winchcombe and Broadway. (We would recommend staying in Winchcombe due to its proximity and accommodation availability - we have reserved some cottages in central Winchcombe, more info in 'Where to Stay' ).


We are putting on shuttles for all guests staying in Winchcombe, cottages or otherwise, to the church on the wedding day, as well as shuttles back to Winchcombe in the evening (confirmed if you would like the shuttle on RSVP).

The shuttles will leave at 11:50 and 12:15 from White Hart Inn. We will confirm timing but please make sure you’re at the White Hart by 12:10 at the latest so you don’t miss it!


If you are staying outside of Winchcombe, you would need to arrange your own travel to and from the venue. (parking is available at the venue, and cars can be left overnight).


Edit!! Uber has arrived just in time to Cheltenham, Gloucester and the Cotswolds!! 



The nearest train stations to Winchcombe are Cheltenham Spa (9 miles, 20 min drive), Evesham (11 miles, 20 min drive), and Moreton-in-Marsh (17 miles, 30 min drive).

Cheltenham Spa is a 2 hour train journey from London Paddington, Evesham around 1 hour 45 minutes, and Moreton-in-Marsh 1 hour 30 minutes. You would then need to grab a short taxi from the train station . Note, Uber is now operating!

Winchcombe is around 100 miles from London, approximately a 2-hour drive. Note that generally accommodation may not include on-site parking, however there is a very reasonable car park in the town center. Otherwise street parking should be available.

For those coming from Houston, there are direct flights from IAH to London Heathrow and Manchester airports. Both of these airports are well connected with frequent trains, and are similar distances from Winchcombe.
