You will navigate to the tab titled RSVP on our website page. From here, you will need to enter your name exactly as it appears on your RSVP card that was received with your invitation. You will then be prompted to select your meal choice and asked about any dietary restrictions. Please RSVP by Friday, May 31st 2024.

We are requesting formal attire for the wedding ceremony and reception. Please no jeans or t-shirts.

SYR Hancock Airport is approximately a 37 minute drive from the Tailwater Lodge venue. While Syracuse does have an UBER/Lyft presence, we highly recommend booking a rental car. Altmar/Parish is mostly farmland and many drivers may not be willing to make this drive. Enterprise Rental Car does have a relationship with the SYR airport, as well as many others.

No, both the wedding and reception are adult-only affairs.

Unless specifically mentioned on the invitation, we are not allotting plus one guests.

Following the ceremony, there will be a small break before cocktail hour begins. Any drinks consumed during this time will be purchased at your own expense. It will be open bar for the reception. Please ensure you have your ID ready, as it is NYS law to card anyone who looks underage.

Chicken Francaise, OR 8oz Sirloin Steak, OR Grilled Salmon Fillet. Please mark your dinner selection accordingly on the RSVP card of your mailed invitation. Once your selection is made, there will be no changes allowed.

You should have received an RSVP card with your invitation. We are kindly requesting you write any dietary restrictions on the back of the card. However, you are welcome to contact Tailwater Lodge directly to communicate your dietary needs. A vegetarian option will be made available during dinner service.

Since it will be August, our temperatures range from the low-70s to the mid-90s. Tailwater Lodge sits on the Salmon River, so there should be a consistent light breeze.

If you are in town prior to the wedding and are looking for something to do, please check out the premises of Tailwater! They have a frisbee golf course, cornhole, bocce ball, and day fishing permits for the Salmon River. The grounds of Tailwater also have small hiking trails.

For local food places, we highly recommend the Mill House Market. It is a small Mom & Pop shop, with homemade baked goods and breads. They have a delicious sandwich menu and you can customize most menu items. From our understanding, Mill House also delivers to Tailwater for a small fee. Tailwater Lodge has its own dining on site, but please call (315) 298-0715 to ensure reservations are not required. For those coffee lovers, we unfortunately do not have many local coffee shops this far out. Dunkin Donuts is quite prevalent in the area. But, if you are open to a drive - Central Square, NY is about a half-hour away and Sweet Aroma Cafe is very good!
