Rate:

October 4th-6th, 2024- $189.00 nightly plus tax

Rate Restrictions/Terms:

- Guests must book prior to the date of August 30th, 2024 in order to receive the group rate.

- There is no 2 night minimum required. Guests may book 1 or 2 nights at the above nightly rate.

- Early check-in is not guaranteed, if you are wanting to get into the room to get ready for the wedding the hotel highly recommends doing 2 nights.

ROOM RATE: All rates quoted are based upon a two (2) night minimum.

DEPOSIT/ROOMING LIST/PAYMENT: Individual reservations receive the Special Group rate by calling Baymont by Wyndham-Traverse City at (231) 933-4454 and giving the group name: Maclean-Meddock Wedding. If there is a guest that requires only one (1) night, that guest will get the group rate. Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. Guests must book prior to August 4, 2024.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Should cancellation of the rooms become necessary, the hotel must receive notification by August 4, 2024. If these terms are not met a cancellation charge will apply.

HOTEL ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES: Rooms will be made available for group check in as soon as possible. There are NO EARLY CHECK INS The hotel check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11am.
