Ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all occur at Beau Chavel. The ceremony will be outside, weather permitting, and reception inside.

The RSVP link will go live on this website once wedding invitations have been sent out. We ask that you please RSVP as soon as possible, but the absolute latest you can RSVP is Sept. 1st, 2024.

When you RSVP, it will indicate how many seats are reserved for you and/or your group. Please adhere to that. This applies for children as well (lap children not included). Please contact us if you believe a mistake was made.

There will be parking outside the front of Beau Chavel with appropriate signage indicating such. No overnight parking is allowed, so please make proper accommodations.

Weather in late October can vary for the Nashville area–please prepare with jackets in case of cool temperatures. Check the weather for Wartrace in advance.

The question everyone wants to know the answer to–yes, there will be an open bar. Please do not bring your own alcohol, as this is against venue policy.
