Our dress code is formal. We'd love for our guest to dress to impress! For women, we suggest an elegant cocktail dress or long dress. For men, a suit and tie are perfect!

While we love your little ones, we kindly request that our wedding be an adults-only celebration. Think of it as a special date night—get dressed up, relax, and enjoy the evening!

Because of limited venue space, we unfortunately can't accommodate plus-ones beyond those named on the wedding invitation. You will see who is in your party when you RSVP. We hope you understand our decision.

Parking at the ceremony is absolutely free (it's at a church)! There is metered street parking, as well as valet and self, on-site parking in the parking structure attached to The Lane for guests for a fee.

The ceremony and reception will take place at separate locations. We’ll begin with the ceremony at St. Michael's Catholic Church, Bernie's home church! Followed by cocktail hour and reception at The Lane -- a premier waterfront venue in downtown San Diego. A modern, minimalist design and a spacious terrace overlooking the San Diego Bay, making it the perfect setting to celebrate our special day. ​All the details, including addresses and timing, can be found on the Home page of our website.

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to provide a gift, you may do so with a monetary contribution to our home fund.

We kindly ask that you keep our wedding "unplugged" and refrain from taking any photos or videos at our wedding. We want our guests to truly be in the moment with us during this special day.

San Diego International Airport (SAN) is the closest airport. The reception venue will be easily accessible from SAN via taxi, public transit or ride share.

We will be livestreaming our ceremony for a handful of overseas guests who are unable to celebrate with us in person.

Yes! We have reserved a room block at Wyndham San Diego Bayside, the Hilton Homewood Suites Liberty Station and the Courtyard by Marriott San Diego Airport/Liberty Station. Please book your stay by 5/11/2025 to guarantee a room in our block. You would need to email or call the Wyndham San Diego Bayside directly and mention the courtesy wedding 18% off special.
