Ceremony Start: 2:30 pm

Cocktail Hour: 3:00 pm

Reception: 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Libations: Top-shelf open bar, passed champagne, and signature cocktail.

Provisions: Cocktail hour will feature seafood station, turkey/pastrami/corned beef carving stations, antipasto charcuterie, tapas station, mini-Kobe burgers, crab cakes, clams casino, scallops wrapped in bacon, spinach & artichoke tartlet, chicken & waffles, Philly cheesesteak spoon, beef & blue cheese wrapped in bacon, spicy tuna roll, peppa dew & goat cheese poppers.

During the reception, guests will enjoy a three-course meal. The first course is a baby spinach salad with crumbled blue cheese, slivered almonds & cranberries with a light pink peppercorn guava vinaigrette. Dinner includes a choice of 1) 8oz FILET MIGNON with bordelaise sauce, garlic roasted mashed potatoes & seasonal vegetable OR 2) CHILEAN SEA BASS with a mango jalapeno glaze, wild rice & seasonal vegetable OR 3) FRENCH BREAST OF CHICKEN filled with prosciutto, asparagus & asiago cheese, topped with a porcini mushroom demi-glaze, wild rice & seasonal vegetable OR 4). GRILLED EGGPLANT ROLLETINI filled with grilled asparagus over lentils & vegetables topped with roasted tomatoes (vegan/vegetarian). Finally, dessert will feature donuts, assorted cakes & pastries, espresso & international cordials

Parking: Guests can enter the venue at the south entrance and park in any available spot. Friends and family needing handicap accessibility can park in the UPPER LOT (straight ahead as you pull into the entrance) and access the ramp at the southern end of the building. (If you have any questions or issues, please go ahead and go to the main entrance, and a venue staff member can direct you.)

Shuttle Busses: While there are no shuttles transporting guests TO the venue, there will be a shuttle taking guests FROM the venue to the after-party and hotels at the conclusion of the reception. The bus will leave the wedding venue at 8:15 pm (or when it's full) and head to the Brothers Daley (about 1 minute away.). The bus will return to Windows on the Water to pick up any guests who didn't make it on the first shuttle, first dropping partygoers at Brothers Daley and then returning folks back to the Beachwalk and Marriot (if necessary.). Then shuttles will run guests from Brothers Daley back to their hotels every hour at 9:15 pm, 10:15 pm, and 11:15 pm.

While you can't stay at Windows on the Water all night, you don't have to go home. We will be hosting an afterparty with some food and fun for family and friends looking to extend the party.

Pro Tips: The after-party is on Brother Daley's outdoor patio. As you can see below, there are fire pits, fireplaces, and overhead heaters. They even have blankets to keep you warm. (We were there without jackets in February, and it was nice and toasty). But it is April on the beach in New Jersey; therefore, you may want to have a jacket or a cover if you are worried about the weather.

Provisions: We've reserved some tables and ordered some pizza, wings, and assorted appetizers for you to nibble on.

Libations: A cash bar will be open on the patio.

Transportation: A shuttle bus will arrive at Windows on the Water at the conclusion of the wedding reception to take guests to the after-party or back to their hotel.

For guests who are driving, Brothers Daley is located 1/2 mile from the venue. Parking is available across the street in the municipal lot. Parking is usually free during the off-season.

Shuttle busses: A shuttle will be available every hour after the wedding to get wedding guests from the venue to their next destination.

8:15 pm - The bus will take guests to Brothers Daley Irish Pub and will return guests to the Beachwalk and Courtyard by Marriot hotels. (Beachwalk is a 5-minute bus ride from Brothers Daley, while the Courtyard by Marriot is a 25-minute ride.). Don't worry if you miss the first bus from the venue, the bus will come back and pick you up. But if you are eager to get the party going, the after-party is literally a 1-minute Uber ride from the wedding venue.

9:15 pm, 10:15 pm & 11:15 pm - The bus will leave Brothers Daley to return guests back to their respective hotels.

You can pick up the shuttle bus in the municipal parking lot located directly ACROSS THE STREET from Brothers Daley! Just be sure to let the driver know what hotel you are staying at!
