Yes. We set up a room block at the Hyatt Place Jacksonville Airport. Please go to the Travel section of the wedding website and click the link to book a room using our group code. The dates can be modified as needed. The room block closes on February 28th, 2025.

Yes. Transportation from the hotel to the venue and from the venue back to the hotel will be provided for out-of-town guests. We do ask that if you are planning to use this service, please indicate so on your RSVP. The shuttle service is being provided by an external party.

Yes. There is ample amount of parking at the venue. If cars are left overnight, they must be removed by 10 am the following morning.

Yes. The wedding ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors with reception to follow indoors.

This will be an adult only event except for children of immediate family members.
