Patrick's on Third- Located in St. Peter, an Irish pub with a wide beer selection. They have bison tacos if you are looking to try something different. They are open from 11am-1am.


Third Street Tavern-Located in St. Peter, a southern comfort food/bbq joint. Has an outdoor patio. They are open from 11am-10 pm, 12 am on weekends.


River Rock Coffee and Tea- Located in St. Peter. Artisan coffee and bakery. Perfect spot for breakfast or brunch.

Hiking- MN has lots of parks and trails, paved and unpaved. Minneopa State Park is close to St. Peter with lots of trails and a waterfall with a beautiful bridge going over. Relatively easy hiking, mostly flat.


Paddle boarding/kayaking- Bent river outfitter located in Mankato offers paddle board, canoe for rent as well as tours. Call to make reservations. (507) 388-2368


Duck Lake Park-Located on Madison Lake, about 20 min south east of St. Peter. A nice park with a beach, picnic shelters, and playground. They also rent paddle boats and kayaks.
