Yes, transportation will be provided from Hotel 1620 and the John Carver Inn to Pinehills Golf Club. The bus will arrive at Hotel 1620 at 3:20pm and depart at 3:30pm. The bus will arrive at John Carver Inn at 3:40pm and depart at 3:50pm. The bus will arrive at Pinehills Golf Club at 4:10pm for the ceremony at 4:30pm. The bus will be available to bring guests back to Hotel 1620, John Carver Inn, and The Tavern on the Wharf (after party) at 10pm from Pinehills.

Yes, there is a large parking lot right at Pinehills Golf Club, open to the public.

The ceremony will take place in an outdoor tent, that can be enclosed and heated if the weather deems necessary. It is suggested to dress for the ceremony to be outside (covered no matter what). Cocktail hour will be both inside and outside. Reception is fully inside, with outdoor area still open.
