WEDDING ATTIRE

Semiformal attire is expected - Dresses, button-down shirts, and dress pants are all appropriate outfit ideas. We kindly ask that you do not wear jeans. Also, ladies, please do not wear cream or white, as the bride is wearing these colors. Thank you for your understanding!

IS AN RSVP REQUIRED?

Yes. An RSVP is ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED for everyone. It is essential in planning for our ceremony seating & reception meals. Please RSVP by the deadline listed on our invitation. Due to limitations with seating, accommodations cannot be made for those who do not RSVP. Thank you for your understanding!

HOW MANY GUESTS CAN I BRING?

If your invitation has a guest option on it, you are welcome to bring a guest.

CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN?

As much as we love children, this is an ADULT-ONLY celebration and want you to leave the kiddos at home so you can kick back, let your hair down and enjoy yourself. We are, however, allowing immediate family with children to attend.

IS THERE COST FOR PARKING/WHERE CAN I PARK?

There is ample free parking at Rockin' T Meadows. If you stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Griffin, you can Uber to the venue, and transportation will be provided at the end of the night back to the hotel. If you choose to drive your vehicle but feel you are unable to drive at the end of the night and need to get an Uber back to your accommodations, Martha, the owner of Rockin' T Meadows will let you leave your car at the venue and you can pick it up the next morning by noon.

DO I HAVE TO STAY AT THE HOTEL RECOMMENDED?

No, if you wish to stay someplace else, please feel free to do so. The hotel is nearby and is just a convenience should you need to be close to the venue. There are other hotel options and VRBOs in Griffin. Jackson is also another city that is close to the venue. We do have room blocks at the the Holiday Inn Express in Griffin if you would like to reserve there. WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR THE CEREMONY?

Please feel free to arrive at least 30 minutes early. CEREMONY TIME IS: 4:00 PM

CAN I TAKE PICTURES DURING THE CEREMONY?

We are requesting an Unplugged Ceremony. We would like the focus to be on the couple and create a more intimate atmosphere for the couple and our guests. Also, this will ensure the photographer doesn't have any phones in their pictures and videos. You are welcome to take pictures any time after the ceremony. Thank you for your understanding.

WILL THE CEREMONY, COCKTAIL HOUR AND RECEPTION TAKE PLACE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

The ceremony is outdoors. However, in case of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved to the Hay Shed on the property of Rockin' T Meadows. Cocktail hour will take place in a covered portico to ensure that guests stay dry in inclement weather situations. The reception is held in the Hay Shed. There are also plenty of covered areas around the property with ample rocking chairs.

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?

Beer and Wine options will be provided for our guests. No hard liquor is allowed on the premises per the venue owner's request. Tips to the bartender is at your discretion.
