❖ Any “No Shows” are subject to the fee of one night’s lodging plus the applicable taxes.

❖ Specific room types and special accommodations may be requested, but are not guaranteed.

❖ We do not assign room numbers prior to the day of arrival so no guarantee can be made of group rooms being close together

and/or on the same floor. We do try our best to meet these special requests based on our availability.

❖ We do not accept cash as a method of payment for rooms at the time of check-in. A valid credit or debit card that will

authorize for the entire stay is required at the time of check-in. Cash can be used to pay for accommodations at the time of check-out if

guests wish to change their payment method.

❖ In addition to the room rate + taxes, (specified above), we authorize $25 for incidentals that guests may incur. If there are no incidental fees during guest stay, the authorization of the $25 will be released. Debit card users may see a delay with funds being released from a pending state due to their bank's procedures. This delay could be up to ten business days.

Please note, the hotel releases all authorization of unused monies at the time of departure even though it may take your bank up to ten business days to release the funds.
