David's friend Chad married Madison, and David asked Blair to be his girlfriend after the wedding

Blair was in Costa Rica for a physical therapy internship during their 1st anniversary. When she got back, Blair and David spent the night downtown Chicago and went to a Cubs game

David had COVID during their 2nd anniversary, so they celebrated a few weeks later

Then Blair was in PT school so the celebrations were pushed off yet again. For their 3rd anniversary, they spent a week in Boston

David proposed in Galena, IL while celebrating their 4th anniversary (FINALLY!)

Blair finally finished PT school and David joined Blair's family on vacation in Curacao, where they celebrated their 5th anniversary
