We kindly ask you rsvp by August 5, 2024. If you cannot attend, we will miss you and would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Those that do not rsvp by August 5, 2024, we are so sorry you cannot make it! If you miss this date, we may be unable to accommodate your presence at the wedding.
When should I arrive to the ceremony?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony.
Our ceremony begins at 4:30pm, with a short golf-cart trip from the venue to the ceremony. Please plan accordingly with this in mind.
What do I do if I am late?
If you are late for the ceremony, that is totally fine! Our ceremony begins promptly at 4:30pm. At this time, you will be unable to attend the ceremony. This will be strictly enforced. You will still be allowed to attend the reception, we just want to minimize distractions. So don't sweat it, hang out in the air condition, and we will see you at the reception!
Is the event indoor or outdoor?
The ceremony will take place outside and the reception will take place inside in a temperature controlled environment. The cocktail hour will mostly be outside, though you will also be able to enjoy some drinks and hors d'oeuvres inside.
If it happens to rain or the conditions will not allow an outdoor ceremony, no worries! We will plan accordingly.
Can I bring a plus one?
Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones at our wedding unless specifically indicated on your invitation. If you are confused, when you rsvp and type in your name, you will see if you have a plus one! We want everyone to share in this celebration and will ensure that folks will be around familiar and friendly company. We appreciate your understanding!
Can I bring my kids?
We love your little ones- however, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of children in the wedding party.
What attire should I wear?
We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is formal- no jeans or white attire please!
Is there a shuttle?
Yes! There will be a shuttle provided; however, we encourage carpooling as we are unable to guarantee the shuttle can accommodate for everyone. You are allowed to leave your car in the parking lot overnight.
What time does the shuttle leave the hotel for the ceremony?
The shuttle will arrive at 3:25pm and will depart for the venue at 3:40pm. Meet in between the Home2 Suites and Hampton Inn parking lots. Please plan accordingly.
