Plus one invitations have been included in the RSVP forms on our website. If there are members of your family that were not included in your invitation or RSVP form, please be mindful of our venue capacity. While we love your children, the timing of our event and the nature of our venue does not make it the most kid-friendly. If childcare is a barrier to your being able to come, reach out to us but still RSVP! We have some flexibility to adjust our guest list, so keep us in the loop on your situation:)

Our venue has the capacity for more guests than we invited, but not for more seats. Our reception does not include a ceremony or seated dinner hour that requires you to be seated at a table. There is no seating chart, but there will be tables and chairs, as well as standing cocktail tables for guests to gather and rest at. We hope you will mix and mingle, join us on the dance floor, and take a look at the outdoor parts of the venue as well. The lawn and both front and back decks will be available for activities, mingling, and additional seating away from the action. Both the front and back entrances to the Barracks are accessible by wheelchair. Please keep the nature of our venue in mind as you RSVP and plan your attire.

Our reception is a celebration! We invite you to dress up with us, but consider the weather and timing of our event. We do have an indoor-outdoor venue and want all of our guests to be comfortable.

We will have light bites and desserts at our reception, so remember to RSVP for our headcount! We will not have a seated dinner hour, to make more time to party!! There will also be beer/wine bar service for our drinking guests.

There are multiple parking lots and street parking near our venue that are part of Fort Vancouver. Attached is a parking map, and we encourage guests to carpool! There is a ramp in the front and back of our building that are wheelchair accessible.
