Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Our ceremony and reception will be outdoors followed by the dance floor being indoors.

Will there be a place for guests to stay overnight?

Yes, we have a block of rooms in place for our guests who wish to stay overnight at Hill's Resort. We highly recommend making a reservation ASAP! Please make sure to tell the resort staff that your are staying for the Impecoven Wedding to ensure you receive 10% off of your stay.

What time should I arrive at the Ceremony?

Our ceremony will be onsite at Hill's Resort. Depending on where your cabin is around the property, we recommend showing up at least 15 minutes early.

Are children allowed at the reception?

Although we would love to celebrate with your little ones, due to the venue capacity we are unable to provide additional seating for children.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Due to the venue capacity we are unable to accommodate plus one's. Please only RSVP for the names listed under your party reservation.

Will there be an open bar?

No, but beer and wine will be free along with Hennessy for the traditional Khmer gift giving ceremony.

Will there be any Chinese or Cambodian traditions held at the reception?

Yes, to incorporate the Chinese & Cambodian traditions into our wedding day we will be holding the traditional tea & gift giving ceremony during dinner. The tea ceremony is an opportunity for married couples to bless the newlyweds with luck, health & happiness through a verbal wishing well. The gift ceremony is held to collect any gifts in the form of cards or currency - during this ceremony the bride and groom will go to each table to personally collect these items and show their appreciation for your presence and gift on their wedding day.

What time will the wedding end?

We have the venue until 2 AM, be prepared to party with us! 🎉

What date should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by April 1st, 2024.

What if I don't RSVP on time?

Anyone who does not RSVP by April 1st, 2024 will be marked as not attending the wedding. Due to the venue capacity, we do not have any space to waste or room for extra accomadations.

Is the cost of the Farewell Brunch covered by the bride and groom?

No, this event is totally optional. We are using this as an opportunity for us to be able to say “Hi” and “Thank you” to all of our guests who have traveled to celebrate this occasion with us. Hill’s Resort Restaurant has many breakfast options at an affordable price!
