We met at an Easter BBQ in 2001. Our first date was on November 8, 2001 at Frank & Angie's on west 6th Street and then we got drinks at Casino El Camino. Both places were very special to us throughout our lives together.

We have spent the past 24 years traveling the world, having the best golden retriever ever, raising two kids, so many concerts, summers on Rainy Lake, and experiencing an amazing life in Austin. We are FINALLY ready for that next step!

Our engagement was Easter Sunday 2025 in our backyard: twenty four years after that first meeting. Dave asked Bobbi to crack a cascarones egg on his head. When she did, a ring was inside, and he got down on his knee to propose. She said YES!
