Please send in your yes or no RSVP by June 1st. If you haven’t responded by June 1st we will mark your attendance as a ‘no’. We hope to celebrate with you on July 12th or in the future!

We have made the decision to not invite any kiddos to the wedding. We love kiddos - hell, it's Bobbie's whole job- but due to size constraints and having an open bar, we are unable to invite anyone under the age of 21. We would love to celebrate with your kiddos at a later date!

Unfortunately, we have limited space at the venue, so we simply can’t invite all our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Plus ones are therefore by invitation only and we ask other guests to please not bring a plus one. Thank you so much for understanding! Your Save the Date & Invitation will say "& Guest" if you are permitted a plus one.

We request that you wear semi-formal attire. The ceremony will take place outside so no needs for suit jackets (unless you really want to wear it). Masculine outfits may include long khakis, dress pants, button down shirts, etc. Feminine outfits may include dresses, slacks, or jumpsuits. Think "Easter Sunday Best" or "Summer Garden Party". bright and light colors and florals are highly encouraged. Please see the photos below for additional outfit inspiration.

Currently we are doing all we can to accommodate as many people as possible. We can confirm that we will have a vegan option for dinner. Please include any dietary restrictions on your RSVP and we will reach out if we are unable to accommodate you!

Our venue is approximately 30 minutes away from the Columbus International Airport. The Fairfield Inn & Suites Columbus Marysville is approximately 40 minutes away from the same airport.

Our ceremony is expected to take place outdoors, and the reception will be indoors. If case of rain, both will take place indoors. However, part of the reception hall is also outdoors - the whole area will be ours to enjoy for the day.

As many know, both Ian and Bobbie are incredibly passionate about disability access. Here is what Retreat 21 says, "All of Retreat 21’s indoor event facilities are ADA compliant. All outdoor ceremony locations are wheelchair accessible; however, as an operating farm and wooded retreat, we can not guarantee each outdoor area meets complete ADA requirements. Many walking paths are gravel-centric." If the need arises, we are more than happy to rent a golf cart but believe that because almost all primary venue spaces are accessible by car that most guest should only have minor difficulties in the space. Please contact the couple if you have any concerns.

If you plan to travel home in the evening, please feel welcome to drive directly to the venue. However, we highly encourage those who can to book an overnight stay on-site or at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Columbus Marysville. Ian's parents have graciously booked a shuttle that will operate before and after the wedding to transport guests to and from Retreat 21 and Fairfield Inn & Suites. The shuttle will begin transporting an hour or so before the ceremony (time TBD) and will continue through the end of the night.
