To allow all guests to relax and enjoy themselves, we’ve chosen to keep our celebration adults-only. We appreciate you making arrangements and can’t wait to celebrate with you.

We’ve reserved a block of rooms at the AmericInn by Wyndham in Wadena, MN, for our wedding guests. To book, please call 218-631-1580 and mention that you’re reserving for the Rassatt wedding to receive the group rate. Reservations need to be made no later than September 16th. We kindly ask guests to dress in cocktail or semi-formal attire. Please, no jeans or shorts—let’s celebrate in style!

We’re happy to provide a shuttle between the AmericInn in Wadena and the wedding venue. A shuttle will depart from the hotel at 2:30 PM to bring guests to the venue. There will be 2 trips from the venue back to the hotel departing at 10 PM and 11:45 PM.

The ceremony will begin at 3:30 PM, so please arrive at least 15–30 minutes early to grab a seat.

Weather permitting, our ceremony will take place outdoors. Dinner will be served inside the barn, and the dance floor will be set up under the stars. Guests are welcome to move freely between indoor and outdoor spaces throughout the evening—make yourself at home and enjoy the night! We recommend bringing a light jacket and wearing outdoor-friendly shoes to stay comfortable.

Yes, there is free parking available at the venue for those driving. Cars are welcome to sleepover, but they must be gone by 8:00 AM Sunday morning.

If your invitation includes a plus one, their name (or “+ guest”) will appear on the envelope or RSVP form. We’d love to include everyone, but due to venue space and planning, we’re only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation. Thank you for understanding!
