What time should we arrive?
Whether you're staying over or just coming for the day, feel free to arrive anytime after 10 AM. We'll have yard games and space to relax before the festivities begin.
We recommend getting to camp at least 20–30 minutes before the ceremony to allow time for parking and settling in.
What is the dress code?
No need to go full formal — just show up looking like you tried... at least a little. Bradley’s skipping the tie, so guys, feel free to do the same! The ceremony will be outdoors and it is fall in the Adirondacks, so a sweater or jacket is a good idea. The reception’s indoors, but the patio will be open all night if you want some fresh air.
Will there be an open bar?
We’ll have a wide variety of canned beer, seltzers, and wine, along with a DIY mixed drink station stocked with shooters of vodka, gin, and bourbon whiskey. There won’t be a traditional bar or bartender, just simple options you can grab and enjoy.
While we’re planning to have a solid selection, if there’s something specific you love, feel free to bring it along… coolers, flasks, bottles, or a few extras to share are all welcome here.
How will I possibly survive without cell service?!
While there’s no cell service at camp, secretly—there is Wi-Fi available if you really need to get in touch with the outside world (just don’t tell everyone). For emergencies, there are also landlines on the property.
What should I bring if I'm staying over?
Bring whatever helps you get cozy—sheets, blankets, pillows, or a trusty sleeping bag. Towels, shower shoes, and toiletries are also needed. A hoodie and some comfy sweats are a must for late-night bonfires. And hey, if you're planning to tailgate the wedding (which we fully support), feel free to bring a cooler and your 4-wheeler or side by side and make a day of it.
What's the bathroom situation like?
If you're staying in Sutliff, there are 2 shared bathrooms with 3 toilets, showers, and sinks & 2 single bathrooms upstairs. If you're in Foster, there are 2 shared bathrooms.
If you're in a campsite or a camper, there are 3 bath houses on the property close to main camp, all with many toilets & showers, and mirrors.
