The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held on-site at Hazelnut Farms. The Ceremony will be in the grass at the property and cocktail hour will be held under the covered patio. The reception will be indoors.

Formal/Cocktail Attire - Men: Suits - Women: Tea or floor length dress, Jumpsuit, Pantsuit, the choice is yours! When choosing shoes, please keep in mind that the property has grass terrain Come feeling great and ready to celebrate!!

There is a parking lot at the venue with plenty of space. If you need to leave your car overnight please return to pick it up by 3:00 pm the following day. We will provide transportation to and from the Residence Inn Louisville Old Henry. Ubers may be harder to schedule at Hazelnut Farms. If you plan to Uber and are not staying at the hotel you may always take the transportation to the hotel where it will be easier to request a ride. The shuttle will begin picking up for the ceremony at 3:45. The last shuttle to the ceremony will be at 4:15. The shuttle will begin picking up from the reception at 8:30.

The ceremony is scheduled to bein at 5:00pm. We ask that guests arrive 15-20 minutes early.
