We have the entire venue booked from Friday at 4:00 pm to Sunday at 11:00 am! Everyone is encouraged to stay Friday through Sunday. Sherwood Inn will be closed prior to Friday and after Sunday. Please see the Accommodation section for more information.

So many! There are hiking trails, snowshoe trails, fat bikes (for winter biking), cross country skiing trails, and a games room in the Main Inn with shuffle board and board games. Sherwood Inn provides any equipment you may need for these activities. There is also a fitness centre for free guest use and a spa for an additional cost. The bar and restaurant at the venue will be open Friday evening for dinner and Saturday for lunch at your expense. Breakfast is provided if you are staying at the venue. There will also be a welcome bonfire with marshmallows and roasting sticks on Friday evening at the Point.

As much as we love your little ones, we have decided to have an adult only wedding event so please do not bring your small children.

Due to capacity limitations at the venue, only those listed on your invitation can be accommodated. If you've been given a plus-one, it will be noted on the invitation.

The dress code is formal (dress pants, collared shirts, dresses/jumpsuits). Please do not wear white or any variation of white (beige, cream, etc.), besides as a dress shirt.

As long as there is not a torrential downpour, the ceremony will be OUTSIDE. Please check the weather forecast before coming to the venue and bring appropriate outdoor wear. You may wear your winter jacket and boots during the ceremony and can take them off and store them in the Main Inn for cocktail hour and the reception. There will also be time to head back to your room to freshen up if needed prior to cocktail hour. Depending on the temperature, there will be a few heat lamps set up at the ceremony location.

We will be sending out invitations in spring 2025 and you can RSVP at that point. If you know you will be RSVPing "Yes", you may book your room prior to RSVPing. See the Accommodations section for more information.
