Brandon and Erin invite their guests to join them at the Marriott Hotel for their wedding weekend hotel accommodations. Transportation will be provided to and from the Marriott for the wedding ceremony and reception. Late-night wedding drinks will be hosted at the Marriott as well as post-wedding Sunday brunch!

20+ rooms have been reserved at a rate of $209+tax for their guests. Parking has been lowered to a rate of $10 too. To book your stay, please visit the following link, HERE. The last day to book your stay is October 4th, 2024.

Brandon and Erin have reserved 20 single rooms for $159.00+tax for Friday, October 18th, 2024, and Saturday, October 19th, 2024 for any of their wedding guests who wish to stay the night in Stamford.

Transportation will be NOT be provided directly from the Hilton. Our guests are encouraged to uber (5/10 minute drive) or park at the Marriott for an easier commute to and from the wedding ceremony & reception. There is a small fee to park at the Marriott.

The wedding after party and brunch will be taking place at the Marriott Hotel. Transportation will not be provided to these events during wedding weekend.

These rooms will be held on a first-come first served basis until 5 PM EST Friday, September 20, 2024. Because the rooms are held on a courtesy basis, it is important that you book your rooms as soon as possible.

Guests can also call 1800-HILTONS(445-8667) and refer to the Rederscheid & Boswell Wedding or group code 90P to secure their booking. All reservations must be secured by valid credit card and will be subject to the Hotel’s standard deposit and cancellation policies.

There will be a charge of $25.00+ tax for guest’s overnight self-parking; overnight valet parking charge of $32.00+ tax. Any guests who are not staying at the Hotel is $15.00+ tax per day for self-parking and $20.00+ tax for day valet parking.

Guest accommodations will be available at 4:00 PM on arrival day and reserved until 11:00 AM on departure day. Any guest wishing special consideration for late checkout should inquire at the front desk on the day of departure. Should the Hotel allow for late checkout; it may impose a half-day rate.
