The Ceremony & Reception will be held at The Broadmoor. We recommend staying at The Broadmoor if you want to conveniently be on property for the day of. However, we will be offering a shuttle service at the Hilton Double Tree down the street if you do not wish to stay at The Broadmoor. The Broadmoor is definitely an experience you don't want to miss! (plus discounted rates!)

The room block rate is for 10/8/2025 - 10/16/2025, you can choose how many days you wish to stay and the rate will apply! We do have a limited number of rooms under our room block available. However, if you go to our room block site and all rooms are booked up, you can call The Broadmoor and say you are with the Heifetz-Brunworth wedding and they will give you the discounted rate (if rooms are still available).

The Broadmoor also offers shuttle services from the Colorado Springs Airport.

The alternative to the Broadmoor is the Double Tree. However, if you choose to not stay at the Double Tree, there are plenty of options within walking distance of The Double Tree.
