We strongly encourage our guests to dress semi-formal because we would love for you to get dressed up with us! For women, this should include cocktail and semi-formal dresses that fit a summer vibe. For men, this should include button-down shirts, dress pants, a sport coat, and the option to wear a tie. Please do not wear jeans, sneakers, or casual wear. Also, please DO NOT wear any shade of white or cream as that is reserved for the bride. We can not wait to see you look your best!

The average daily high temperature is 82 degrees and the average daily low temperature is 66 degrees. It may be hot during the ceremony and cocktail hour and then should cool off once the sun sets.

Yes. An RSVP is REQUIRED for everyone. It is essential that you RSVP by the date we have requested. If we do not get an RSVP back by the date requested of June 1st, 2025, you will be marked as "no" or "not able to attend." We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide a total guest count to many of our vendors before the wedding. Due to this, we CAN NOT accept any late RSVP's, we hope that you understand!

Due to being tight on numbers, we are only able to accommodate the guests formally invited on the wedding invitation. Your invite will be made out to "(Your Name) & Guest" if a "plus one" is invited. If you see a plus one in the invitation or RSVP survey, you are welcome to bring someone! If not, please do not bring a plus one. We have a strict guest list to stay within our venue's capacity. Thank you for understanding!

We love your kiddos but would like this to be an adult-only event! Unless your children are listed on your invitation or when you RSVP for the event, please do not bring them. We hope you understand and can use this time as a "date night" and enjoy a night off!

We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early for the ceremony to avoid disruptions. Also, it will take some time to transport from the parking area, so please account for that. The ceremony will start promptly at 4pm!

There is a designated parking area where The Oakley staff will be directing guests and helping any one that needs it by driving them in a golf cart to where the ceremony is located.

We would love it if you could please do your best to be on time to the ceremony. If you happen to be late, please do NOT walk down the aisle. We ask that you stand off to the side with the wedding coordinator and out of the way of the photographer and videographer.

We ask you to kindly turn your phone off during the wedding ceremony and refrain from taking photos so that we can all enjoy this special moment together! We have professional photographers and videographers on hand to capture all of the moments. We do not want phones in any of our photos. We will be happy to share any of the photographer's photos with you following the wedding day! Thank you for helping us make this day so special!

Yes! The drinks are on us --- the hangover is on you! Please be respectful and there is a strict "no shot" policy at The Oakley. Please don't ruin the drink service for everyone else! There is also no transportation after the reception to any hotel. Also, we believe there are probably not many Uber or Lyfts in the area since it is more rural. Please have a designated driver and get home safely!

Yes! We would love for you to do that AND to text us photos of your night. If you post on social media, please use the hashtag, #DeRocheGonzalezWedding. We hope everyone will be present and too busy to post anything the day of the wedding but feel free to the next day! Also, we will be having an unplugged ceremony, so we ask that phones be off during that time.

Sí. Se REQUIERE una confirmación de asistencia para todos. Es imprescindible que confirmes tu asistencia antes 1 de junio de 2025 que te hemos solicitado. Si no recibimos una confirmación de asistencia antes de la fecha solicitada, se le marcará "no" o "no podrá asistir". Los extrañaremos celebrando con nosotros, sin embargo, tenemos que proporcionar un recuento total de invitados a muchos de nuestros proveedores antes de la boda.
