Please join us for charcuterie & drinks at this open-house welcome event hosted by Caroline + Brad Gilchrist. We understand not all may be able to come in Thursday evening, but would love to have those that can join us! Drive/Uber to Caroline and Brad’s, mention their name at the community entrance/guard house and your name should be on a list. Dress is casual and will be indoors/outdoors. Can’t wait to begin celebrating with you!

UPDATE: We have cabanas 1-4 reserved. Head straight out from the back of the Hyatt, keep going back and to the right towards the water slides and lazy river. It’s the one set of four cabanas they have all together. We have also tried to save the first row of chairs outside the reserved cabana space, so feel free to use the towels we’ve placed on those chairs. We have them all day so come down whenever! Brandon and Bryce will try to be down a little after 11AM. Wristbands: for those staying at the Hyatt, please use your provided wristbands when you checked into the hotel. For those staying off property, we have wristbands in Cabana #4 for you. Wristbands are required. Can’t wait to see you! Come hang out by the pool at the Hyatt Regency for a fun and relaxing day! Food and beverage service will be available for purchase, and we’ll provide guest passes for anyone not staying at the Hyatt.
