Our wedding is taking place in Prescott, Arizona. Prescott is about an hour and 45 minutes North of the Phoenix Airport. The best way to arrive is via plane into Phoenix International Airport (PHX) and either rent a car or take a shuttle to Prescott. More Info is in the Travel section of our site.

Welcome to the desert where the weather is HOT and usually Dry! May brings about very warm but usually bearable weather. Temperatures range from 71°F and 91°F. Be sure to hydrate before and during the party!

The wedding will start promptly at 3 pm. Please arrive no later than 2:30-2:45 pm in order to get to your seat without disruptions.

We have to have the final headcount to the caterer in by April 1st in order for there to be enough room at the venue and food cooked. Please, kindly RSVP by April 1st.

Please note: The RSVP option will be turned off on April 2nd. If you do not RSVP by April 1st there will not be a seat saved for you.

The Dress Code is Cocktail, Semi- Formal, and Festive Attire. No white, except for the Bride. Arizona in May, might be HOT, keep this in mind when planning your outfit. NO Jeans or shorts!  Patterns, bright colors, bold dresses are welcome! Funky ties and sock details get two thumbs up!

The ceremony will be taking place in the lobby of the historical hotel with seating for up to 125 guests. Followed by an open air cocktail hour on the patio. "Open air" means it is not fully enclosed, does not have a roof for shade, and does not have AC.

Once in Prescott, Uber and Lyft are not readily available in the area and don't typically travel to the venue. We encourage our guests to drink responsibly! . . . Yes, our venue has a parking lot adjacent to the main entrance of the venue. If you have rented a car, you are more than welcome to park at the venue at no additional charge. We ask that everyone who is driving to please be responsible.

ABSOLUTELY! We love your children as much as we love you! With that being said, any children attending MUST NOT be left unattended. Our venue has a strict policy for children on the venue property. We are sorry for this inconvenience and we hope that with this notice, you will be able to make arrangements and attend our wedding. And if you are unable to attend, we completely understand.

For the Hobbs family: Saturday May 24th is Robin Hobbs 36th birthday. If you are in town (Prescott) the night before our wedding and would like to join us for cake to celebrate her birthday, she'd love to celebrate with you!!
