All RSVPs are to be submitted through our website, we included QR codes and website links on our invites! Late RSVPs will not be accepted due to head count deadlines.

We ask that you please arrive and are seated at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony. Any guest who arrives after the ceremony start time will kindly be asked to wait until the ceremony is complete, and join the rest of the guests at the cocktail party. We will not allow late seating at the ceremony as this will distract from the proceedings, and be disruptive to our other guests.

The wedding ceremony and reception are 18+, as this is designated in our venue agreement. No exceptions!

There are a number of hotels and motels listed on our travel page, Air BNB and Vrbo are also great sites to check out!

Uber/Lyft/Cabs are a hot commodity in Ithaca and it may be hard to snag a ride back. We suggest scheduling a ride with Ithaca Dispatch if Uber and Lyft are unavailable for a ride back to your hotel! Ithaca Dispatch: (607) 277-7777.

Spencer and Bree kindly ask that you keep your phones silent and put away during their ceremony. These photos are once in a lifetime and we want to capture everyone being present in the moment! We have a hired photographer that will get plenty of beautiful shots for all to share! Feel free to take all the pictures you would like, once the ceremony is finished!!! There will even be a photo-booth and QR codes on every table to download a "disposable camera" app where all the photos taken with the app will load into a link for the bride, groom, and guests to see!

We will do our best to accommodate allergies, restrictions and dietary choices. There will be vegetarian options. There is a questionnaire in your RSVP to notify us of any allergies or restrictions!

There will be a preset purchased amount of alcohol for open bar, if/when this limit has been reached, the bar will switch to cash! We will not be offering shots or doubles. Please refrain from bringing your own alcohol as this violates our venue agreement.

There is a designated smoking area. All guests are expected to respect the venue and only smoke in the designated area (this includes vapes). Guests may be asked to leave by the venue staff if they are non-compliant, so please be considerate! Bree and Spencer may also be fined if you don’t stick to the smoking rules! The smoking area will be announced and labeled so that everyone is able to locate it.

We ask, with all the love in our hearts, that you please respect our wishes for our special day so that things go off without a hitch!
