AS SOON AS YOU KNOW YOU’RE COMING. Sorry to yell, but the Missoula marathon is the same weekend and rooms WILL fill up fast and prices will be jacked up the closer it gets. As soon as you know you’ll be attending, even if it’s before invitations arrive, we recommend booking your accommodations and arranging for a rental car.

Here are some of our favorite restaurants in Missoula. Breakfast:Liquid Planet, Market on Front, The Breakfast Club, Le Petit Outre, Bernice's Bakery, Paul's Pancake Parlor, Ruby's Cafe. Lunch: Masala, El Diablo, Taco Sano, Tagliare. Dinner: Koh Chang Thai, Number 1 Gyro, Notorious PIG, Kobe Steakhouse, Tamarack, Bridge Pizza, Biga Pizza

The dress code is semi-formal, but June weather in Montana can be unpredictable. The ceremony and reception are outdoors on a grassy lawn. Bringing a light scarf or jacket may be wise if it is chillier than expected.

There is a parking lot at the venue at the end of the road.

While the bride and groom take pictures, guests will be invited to the ~mimosa hour~ on the south lawn. This will be an opportunity to mingle, snack on some charcuterie, sign the guestbook, or play yard games. The reception will immediately follow the mimosa hour.

Feel free to join us and our families at an informal afterparty at GILD on the Missoula hipstrip around 5:30 p.m. GILD offers delicious food, drinks, and a retro arcade in the basement. Challenge the bride or groom to a round of pinball, Mortal Kombat, or Super Mario Bros!

There will not be a shuttle to or from the venue, so plan accordingly.

The reception is scheduled to wind down around 2:30 in the afternoon.

We have not reserved hotel room blocks, so please plan accordingly. The Missoula Marathon is happening the same weekend and accommodations are expected to fill up fast. See the travel page for recommended hotels.

The ceremony start time is 11:00 a.m., so you should plan on arriving between 10:30 and 10:45. Depending on where you stay in Missoula, it could be anywhere between a 5-25 minute drive to the venue, so prepare in advance.
