Nehimba — where our paths first crossed and the adventure of a lifetime began.

Brendan began a new chapter of his journey in the heart of the Save Valley Conservancy, on the wild and beautiful lands of Sango.

Shelby finally joined Brendan on Sango, our story truly began to unfold in the most magical way. Together, we shared unforgettable experiences — from being part of the annual rhino ops to being a part of the elephant relocation, and so much more.

The day Banjo joined our family marked the start of endless energy and unconditional love. Our little whirlwind of joy never stops, and those who know him can attest to the boundless spirit he brings into our lives. We truly wouldn’t have it any other way.

Our time in the bush was nothing short of extraordinary — we encountered breathtaking wildlife, connected with remarkable people, and grew in ways we never imagined.

Moving Day! After months of planning, countless shopping trips (Shelby’s favorite part, of course), and a few delays along the way, we finally moved into our first home together — and it couldn’t have been more exciting.

We cherished our life in the bush, where every free moment was spent exploring the wild beauty around us and soaking in the magic of it all.

The day we welcomed a new furry friend into our family — Brandy. For those lucky enough to know her, you’ll understand just how full of love, loyalty, and sweetness she is. She instantly became Banjo’s best friend and forever changed our lives.

We embarked on countless safari adventures, never able to get enough of the wild beauty and pure magic of the Zimbabwean bush — a place that we truly live and breathe.

Brendan knew the moment had come to ask the question that would change everything — right where his safari journey began. He popped the all-important question, marking the start of a new adventure together. And what made it even more unforgettable? Brendan kept it a complete secret, surprising not only Shelby but the whole family too!
