Head to Dow's Lake for the Canadian Tulip Festival from May 9-19, 2025. The festival claims to have over 1 million tulips. It is free to walk around and see the beautiful flowers. They also have many food trucks and vendors to stop at.

Head downtown and visit Parliament Hill while you are in Ottawa.

Check out the Ottawa sign in the Byward Market. It is also full of restaurants and shopping.
