We have reserved a block of rooms at the Hyatt on Moodie Drive for our guests to stay. We fully understand if you have other preferred accommodations, we just wanted to make sure everyone had a place to stay while they are in town. This hotel offers free breakfast, free parking, a pool and it is pet-friendly. To top it off, our favourite restaurant, Brew Table, is in the same parking lot if you get hungry.

In regards to transportation, we will have a bus arriving at the hotel at 3:30pm to bring guests to the venue. A bus will also be provided to bring guests back to the hotel following the reception.
