Do I need a valid passport?

Yes - we are going to Mexico! This requires your passport to be valid for at least six months beyond the intended departure date. If your passport is expired, we highly recommend renewing it 6 months in advance to avoid any delays due to high-demand.

Should I pay with pesos or USD dollars?

Both currencies are accepted in Cabo, you can pay with a credit card in most of the shops, VISA and MasterCard. AMEX is not accepted everywhere.

What airport should I fly into?

SJD San José del Cabo International Airport, which is about a 1 hr drive to the Hotel Bahia and Sur.

How do I get from the airport to the hotel?

We’ve partnered with a transportation service to coordinate all guest transfers to and from the resort. They created a link to make if easy and safe for you to book transportation round trip, you can pay online.

Is there a recommended packing list for the trip?

For your trip to Cabo San Lucas, we recommend packing the following: Formal attire for the wedding, Casual chic attire for the welcome party, Comfortable beachwear, Sunscreen and sunglasses, Light jacket for cooler evenings, Travel documents (passport, ID), and Any personal medications.

Do we have to book through the wedding block link?

Yes, please book under the wedding block link at Travel information if you plan to stay at the Bahia. We would love to spend the entire weekend together to celebrate and make this wedding trip an unforgettable vacation. The hotel is greatly located in the heart of Cabo San Lucas, walking distance to all the attractions, beach, restaurants and the wedding venue. If you want to book a different accommodation it's no problem, just please let us know to have that in our notes.

Do I need a rental car?

No, a car is not needed. The SUR is a 2-3 minute walk from the Bahia. San Jose del Cabo & Cabo San Lucas have Uber services that are reliable and cost-effective, Uber is the cheapest and quickest option.

How will I get to the wedding?

We will have golf carts transporting guests to and from SUR, picking up at Hotel Bahia. If you're staying at another hotel or Airbnb, you can take an Uber or taxi to our pick-up location or the wedding venue.

Where is the ceremony and reception taking place?

We will share our vows and say "I Do's" at SUR, a beautiful beachfront venue. There will be a cocktail hour at the same place with dinner and dancing under the stars to follow, all at the same location. Shuttles will be provided at no cost to guests to and from Hotel Bahia. Please note Sur and Bahia are about 10 minutes walking distance.

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?

Please let us know about any dietary restrictions when you RSVP. We will make sure to accommodate your needs during the wedding events.

Do you have a gift registry?

We want to stress that your presence in Cabo for our wedding is the greatest gift you could give us. Please feel NO obligation to contribute any gifts. However, for those who have expressed interest, instead of traditional gifts, we’d appreciate contributions towards our honeymoon. Details can be found on our "Registry" page.

How can I contribute to the honeymoon fund?

You can contribute through our wedding website under the "Registry" section. Choose the experience or fund you’d like to support, and follow the instructions to complete your gift.

Are kids invited?

No, kids are no invited to attend the wedding. If you have questions, please reach out to the bride or groom!

Can I bring a date?
