Our Wedding

Brianna and Kaelon’s journey began in Stillwater, Oklahoma, where a simple moment sparked something extraordinary. They first met at a birthday party for Elexis—Brianna’s best friend and Kaelon’s cousin. Though they didn’t speak much that day, there was an undeniable spark in the quiet glances they exchanged, a moment that would grow into something neither of them could have imagined. Not long after, Kaelon transferred to Oklahoma State University to complete his degree, while Brianna was also finishing hers. Their paths began to cross more often, and what started as casual hangouts—watching The Bachelor, cooking dinners, and taking long walks around Boomer Lake—soon turned into something deeper and more meaningful. As time passed, those hangouts turned into dates, and dates into a love that felt effortless and real. Their connection grew stronger, built on laughter, shared dreams, and an unshakable friendship. When Brianna was unexpectedly accepted into a doctoral program in Counseling Psychology, she made the bold decision to move to Nashville. She never expected Kaelon to want to join her—but he did. With quiet confidence and faith in their love, they took a leap, choosing their future together. That decision became one of the greatest blessings in both of their lives. Two years later, on Christmas Day 2023, surrounded by family and glowing Christmas lights in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Kaelon got down on one knee and asked Brianna to be his forever. For her, it was a no brainer and the easiest yes. Now, they begin this next chapter, hand in hand, filled with gratitude for the journey that brought them here and excitement for the memories they’ll continue to make—together, always. They know by keeping God in the center of their lives and marriage, they cannot fail. “What God has joined together, let no one separate.” Mark 10:9

Kamron and Kaelon have known each other since the day Kamron was born—growing up side by side and building a bond that has only grown stronger with time. From countless video game marathons and backyard football games to the family moments that shaped them both, Kamron has always been more than just a younger brother—he’s one of Kaelon’s closest and most trusted friends.

Now living near Tokyo, Japan, and serving as an information professional in the U.S. Navy, Kamron continues to make Kaelon incredibly proud. Despite the distance and the demands of his career, he’s remained a constant presence in Kaelon’s life. Having Kamron stand beside him on his wedding day isn’t just meaningful—it’s a true honor.

Lenard and Kaelon’s bond began in high school—Kaelon in 10th grade, Lenard in 9th—connected by sports, family ties, and a shared drive to succeed. What started as friendship quickly became brotherhood, shaped by years of loyalty, growth, and standing by each other through life’s ups and downs.

Now serving in the Air Force and living in Fort Collins, Colorado, Lenard continues to make Kaelon proud. On this special day, Kaelon is honored to have not just a best friend, but a true brother by his side.

Carson has been by Kaelon’s side since day nine—more than a cousin, he’s been like a brother. Born just days apart to best-friend moms, they shared everything growing up: games, sports, bike rides, and even a home. Through every season of life, their bond has stayed strong. Now a mechanical engineer in Chicago with a love for cooking and travel, Carson’s presence on Kaelon’s wedding day is both meaningful and deeply cherished.

Kaelon and Carter met playing youth football for the Jaguars, and what began as a team connection quickly became a lifelong friendship. During Kaelon’s time in Texas, their families grew close, and many of his best memories—from football and video games to that first airsoft adventure—were with Carter. Even after moving away, their bond never faded. Now living in New York City and working in finance, Carter remains one of Kaelon’s truest friends, and having him by his side on this day means the world.

Kaelon and Coron have been close since junior high, quickly forming a bond rooted in shared passions—football, video games, music, and even leading student council as President and VP. What started as friendship grew into brotherhood, built on loyalty, creativity, and countless memories that shaped who they are today. Even with time and distance between them, their connection has only grown stronger. Now living near Dallas and working in sales, Coron remains one of Kaelon’s most trusted friends, and having him by his side on this day means everything.

Kaelon and Myke first met in high school, bonding over baseball and basketball. Though their connection deepened later through a shared love of gaming, that friendship grew into something lasting. Today, Myke is one of Kaelon’s closest friends—so close that he was honored to be named godfather to Myke’s youngest son. A proud Marine living in Fort Worth, Texas, with his beautiful family, Myke’s presence on Kaelon’s wedding day is a true reflection of the brotherhood they share.

Cruz and Kaelon met as randomly assigned roommates at Oklahoma State—and it couldn’t have been a better match. They hit it off instantly, bonding over late-night Qdoba runs, Cowboy games, and countless “study” sessions that turned into laughs. Their friendship has only grown stronger over the years, rooted in a shared love of sports, video games, and the Oklahoma City Thunder. Now working at a law office in OKC, Cruz remains one of Kaelon’s closest friends, and having him by his side on this special day is something Kaelon deeply values.

Britney is Brianna’s youngest sister, but she’s also her built-in best friend. Growing up, they had their fair share of typical sibling squabbles, but those moments only strengthened their bond over time. From sharing rooms and navigating the ups and downs of college life together to co-parenting their beloved pup, Max, they’ve created a foundation of trust, love, and laughter that’s unbreakable. Through every milestone, challenge, and joy, Britney has been Brianna’s unwavering support, and their connection has only deepened as the years have passed. What started as a sisterly bond has blossomed into a true friendship.

Carissa and Bri met during their sophomore year at Booker T, when Carissa transferred in — and they’ve been joined at the hip ever since. Their friendship took off fast and never slowed down, filled with endless laughs, loyalty, and countless legendary house parties they used to throw together in high school. It’s a bond that’s only grown stronger with time.

Chelle isn’t just Bri’s big sister—she’s one of her closest friends and a constant source of love, support, and wisdom. From childhood memories of secretly reading *Harry Potter* together to competing for the best grades in school, the bond they share has always been something special. Whether they're deep in conversation about their latest favorite book or laughing at their pets' quirky antics, Chelle has always been there with a kind heart and a listening ear. As Chelle prepares for her own journey into marriage next year, Bri couldn’t be more thrilled for her. She feels incredibly grateful to have Chelle standing by her side on this special day and looks forward to all the beautiful moments the future holds for them both.

Roneisha is Brianna’s younger cousin, but they've always been more like sisters. From growing up side by side to navigating college life together at OSU, they’ve shared just about everything — including their love for their adorable pups, Max and Bash. Whether it’s late-night laughs or doggy playdates, these two are the ultimate duo.

Elexis may be Kaelon’s cousin, but she’s also one of Bri’s closest and dearest friends. They first met during undergrad at OSU, and it didn’t take long for their friendship to feel like family. Elexis proudly takes credit for introducing Bri to Kaelon — and in her own words, none of us would be here without her! Over the nearly ten years of friendship, they’ve shared everything from deep conversations to uncontrollable laughter... and yes, even tears while binge-watching Grey’s Anatomy (mainly Bri). They’ve always considered each other sisters, and now they get to make it official.

Charity is one of Bri’s only older cousins. Growing up, Charity was someone Bri looked up to. Whether they were choreographing fun dance routines or sharing heartfelt advice, their bond was always rooted in laughter, trust, and sister-cousin love. Over the years, that connection has only deepened, and Bri couldn’t imagine her big day without Charity by her side.

Jadyn is Kaelon’s little sister and Bri’s soon-to-be sister-in-law. As Kaelon’s only sister, it meant a lot to Bri to build a strong bond with her — and from the moment they met, the connection was instant. Over the past four years, they’ve grown incredibly close, and now, Jadyn feels like the bonus sister Bri never knew she needed.
