We kindly ask that you RSVP by August 31st. You can respond using the RSVP link included in your Save the Date. If online RSVPs aren’t your thing, feel free to text or call us with your response—we’re happy to hear from you however works best. Please note: If we haven’t received your RSVP by August 31st, we’ll assume you’re unable to attend and won’t be able to include you on the final guest list. We’d truly love to celebrate with you, so don’t forget to let us know.

We kindly recommend arriving at the venue at least 20 minutes early to allow time for parking, finding your way, and settling in before the ceremony begins. Out of respect for the moment, guests arriving after the ceremony has started will be asked to wait until it concludes before entering, to avoid any disruptions.

We ask that you kindly put your phones away and on silent for an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). We've hired professionals to capture some of the most important moments of our lives, and we'd hate a well-meaning person's phone/device blocking the moment for them to capture. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you'd like!

While we love your children, this is an adults-only event. The only children attending will be those in the wedding party. We appreciate your understanding!

Due to our venue capacity, we can only accommodate those guest's named on your RSVP. If you receive a plus one, it will appear under your name when you RSVP. There will be no exceptions. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

We will miss you! If you're unable to attend, please select "Decline" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you've already RSVP'd "Accept" but your plans have changed, please reach out to Kaelon or Brianna as soon as you can.

We can't wait to celebrate with all our friends and family, and we'd love for everyone to dress up with us! We're requesting formal or black-tie, all black attire for our wedding. For outfit inspiration, check out the dress code tab. We kindly ask that you avoid jeans, t-shirts, flip-flops, or anything outside of the color black (especially white).

Yes, there will be an open bar- drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you! Feel free to bring cash for tipping, and please remember to drink responsibly. There will also be a coffee bar, mocktails, and other non-alcoholic drink options. All outside liquor is prohibited inside of the venue. If you are seen bringing in alcoholic beverages you will be asked to leave.

Unfortunately, we won't be able to accommodate RSVPs after the deadline as we need to provide final numbers to our venue and caterer. If we do not receive your RSVP by the deadline, you will be marked as "not attending". We appreciate your understanding, but NO EXCEPTIONS can be made.
