Jordanne Ellingboe (Dalton) - Matron of Honor
Jordanne and Brianna were forced into friendship more than 20 years ago when their parents became best friends. Since then, they’ve built a lifetime of memories—sharing every milestone and season of life. From endless family vacations (Italy, Mexico, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, Utah, Florida, West Virginia, and more) to their first job scooping ice cream together, countless sleepovers, making home movies in Jordanne's basement, endless hours at their brother's wrestling tournaments, soccer games, graduations, weddings, funerals, family holidays, dinners, and getting engaged in the same year, they’ve done it all together. Sisters by chance, friends by choice.
Mitchell Brown - Best Man
Mitch and Cameron first met playing high school basketball, spending countless nights watching varsity games and dreaming of one day being on that team (one of them eventually was, and it was not Cameron). Over the years, they have been by each other’s sides through both the highs and lows of adulthood, though it may just as easily have been the weekly wine and sushi nights watching The Bachelor at Mitch’s college apartment that sealed their friendship. Their playful, childlike energy together is proof of the genuine bond they share. Through all the laughter and even the occasional tears, Mitch has always been there for Cameron, and now, as Cameron’s biggest day approaches, he is proudly standing beside him as his Best Man.
Morgan Dreese (Davis) - Bridesmaid
Morgan and Brianna met working at summer camp in 2021 and quickly went from coworkers to roommates to best friends. They spent three years living together in Grand Rapids, where their friendship was forged through the tribulations of post college life. Morgan is Scout’s second mom. Their time as roommates tragically came to an end when they moved in with their soon to be husbands. Luckily, they still get to see each other nearly every weekend so they can giggle and their spouses can hangout.
Zach Wilson - Groomsmen
Zach was one of Cameron’s first friends after he moved to Hartland. They bonded quickly over baseball, and their shared love of the University of Michigan and Detroit sports. Even though Zach’s dad jokingly called Cameron “Waterford” until recent years, Cameron always felt welcomed by Zach’s family. From fun nights at Central Michigan, to cheering at games at the University of Wisconsin, to Zach carrying Cameron in video games (and the petty arguments that followed), their friendship has always felt like brotherhood.
Jessica Moynihan - Bridesmaid
When Jess began dating Brianna’s brother Connor in 2022, she and Brianna became fast friends and it felt like they had been sisters all along. That bond became official in 2024 when Jess and Connor tied the knot. To Brianna, Jess is not just a sister-in-law but also the big sister and best friend she always dreamed of, and now the proud mom of Brianna’s first nephew, sweet Cillian. Jess inspires Brianna daily through her love for teaching children, her adventurous spirit, and her grace as a mother and wife. Brianna is lucky to have Jess by her side on this day.
Connor Moynihan - Groomsmen
Connor is the older brother figure that Cameron didn't have growing up. Cameron was intimidated at first by Connor with his wrestling, jiu-jitsu, and MMA background, it really was every boyfriends worst nightmare. But Cameron soon realized that Connor is a silly and caring man and will do anything for his family. Cameron looks up to Connor not only as a big brother but also as an inspiration of what being a new father is like. Connor has opened a new world for Cameron through rock climbing and a respect for martial arts. Although Connor has said baby Cillian will not play soccer Cameron doesn't hold that against him.
Dr. Harrison Moynihan - Groomsmen
Before even officially meeting Cameron, Harrison was intimately familiar with what the inside of Cameron's knee looked like, casually diagnosing his torn meniscus with, “Oh yeah, he’s going to need surgery.” Since then, their time together has been filled with goofiness, Cameron always destroying Harrison at cornhole, hot tub seshes, and plenty of brotherly banter. Cameron has always wanted older brothers, and now he has two of them.
Anya Berghoef - Bridesmaid
Anya and Brianna’s friendship began their freshman year of high school. From sitting side by side in class, synchronized swimming, scooping ice cream, to navigating long-distance during college, to supporting each other through post-grad life across the country while both working at YMCAs, and eventually becoming neighbors in Grand Rapids—they’ve been through it all together. Through every season of life, one thing has never changed: when one calls, the other always answers (Anya was the first call Brianna made after her first date with Cameron). Their bond, (and a shared love of ice cream), has truly stood the test of time.
Miles McDonald - Groomsmen
Miles and Cameron knew of each other in High School but their relationship didn't begin growing till after graduation. Miles, Cameron and Mitch spent almost every weekend together while they were living in Allendale. Playing basketball or soccer together, trying to learn how to do a kickflip on a skateboard, video games, concerts and long nights listening to all kinds of music. When the world was shut down Miles let Cameron stay at his apartment with him. They kept each other entertained and sane through it all.
Mary Hoffman - Bridesmaid
Brianna and Mary met on a camping trip at Michigan State, bonding over their Birkenstocks and Hydroflasks. They went on to live together all through college, where Mary helped raise Scout from the day Brianna brought him home. She also taught Brianna how to cook during those years (with a few close calls in the kitchen along the way). They bonded over their love of horror movies, a love of the outdoors, good food, and studying for careers working with youth. Together they shared all of college’s firsts and lasts. Even now with miles between them, they never miss their annual reunion and now will have stood by each other on their wedding days. Brianna is lucky to have such a loyal, intelligent, creative, and caring individual as a lifelong friend.
Dawson Arnold - Groomsmen
Dawson and Cameron first met through mutual friends Mitch and Zach, and quickly grew closer through playful trash talk about their rival schools—Dawson at Western Michigan and Cameron at Central Michigan. Outside of the occasional Fantasy Football showdown, that rivalry never went further than school pride. From sharing wild finds on Facebook Marketplace to staying up too late playing video games, Dawson and Cameron both bring that “Golden Retriever energy” that has kept their friendship strong and full of laughter.
Rachel Gwinn - Bridesmaid
Brianna often says that one of the best parts of marrying Cameron is gaining Rachel as a sister. From their very first meeting, the two shared an instant connection. Rachel is always the first to lend a hand—whether it’s helping Brianna and Cameron move, stepping in for Brianna’s ‘less than stellar’ art skills (most of the wedding DIY projects are actually Rachel’s handiwork), making gifts to welcome friends’ new babies, or watching Scout. She’s one of the most creative, selfless, and funniest people Brianna knows, and Brianna feels truly honored to share a last name with her.
Stephen Cizmar - Groomsmen
Stephen was one of Cameron’s first friends after moving to Hartland. Along with Zach, the two played baseball together, and Stephen and Cameron also shared the field and court in soccer and basketball. They shared interests in sports, Nintendo games, ping pong, and Pokémon. Cameron spent a lot of time at Stephen’s house, partly because it made carpooling easier for their parents, but mostly because they loved hanging out. Whether they were watching terrible movies or cruising around in Stephen’s old Camaro blasting 90s rap, the two were always up to something.
Bethany Wise - Bridesmaid
Bethany and Brianna began working together at Camp Miniwanca in 2024 and have been inseparable ever since. They share an office where laughter can always be heard. They also share a love of developing youth, women's sports, matching heights, and the same sense of humor.
Bethany and Cameron instantly bonded over their shared love of coaching soccer, and Bethany's two kids have lovingly call Brianna "Ms. Wanda." Brianna and Cameron are so grateful that camp brought Bethany, her husband Garrett, and their whole family into their lives.
Scout - Best Dog
Brianna brought Scout home at just 20 years old, when he was only 8 weeks old. Since then, Scout has been by her side through it all—college, Covid-19, moving back home, two different full-time jobs, seven moves, five different cities, summers spent living at camp, and countless different roommates. They’ve shared every adventure together. Scout is Brianna's soul dog and the funniest living creature she knows. On Brianna and Cameron’s third date, she warned him that Scout wasn’t fond of new people—but Scout loved Cameron instantly. That was all the sign Brianna needed: she and Scout had found their person. These days, Brianna jokes that she’s the spare human as Cameron and Scout spend hours romping around together. Scout has been there for every chapter of Brianna’s life, and now he’s by her side for her biggest adventure yet—marrying Cameron. To know Scout is to love him,
Griffin Vogler - Officiant
Griffin is the Executive Director of Miniwanca, where Brianna works and Cameron volunteers/summers. At camp, coworkers quickly become more like family, sharing life’s highest of highs and lowest of lows together. Griffin has watched Brianna and Cameron’s relationship from the very beginning. As the embodiment of servant leadership, Griffin leads with both strength and kindness and serves as an inspiration to Brianna and Cameron, both personally and professionally. They are honored to call Griffin a mentor, a boss, a friend, and even more honored to be married by Griffin.
Presli Shumacker - Bridesmaid
