Our wedding colors are green, tan, and white. We kindly ask that guests refrain from wearing sage green or white, unless you are part of the wedding party. We want everyone to feel comfortable and enjoy the day, so please feel free to wear a sundress, shorts, and sandals to suit the occasion!

The resort is all-inclusive, which includes your room + all food and drink. Airport transfers to/from resort in Cancun are also included. If you choose to book an excursion off-site, that will be an additional cost.

Aside from our wedding day on April 5th, you're welcome to enjoy your time as you please! Please note that the wedding party will have plans on April 4th for part of the day. For details on the location & timing of our wedding day, please refer to the homepage.

Swimsuits, sunscreen, wedding day attire, and toiletries are probably the most important to remember! While you can purchase sunscreen, aloe, and toiletries at the resort shop, keep in mind they might be a bit pricey. We also recommend packing some $1, $2, and $5 bills for tipping the resort staff. Lastly, we recommend bringing a reusable cup/water bottle of some sort to fill up drinks at the bar!

Don’t forget your PASSPORT! If you plan to use a card for purchases, make sure to notify your bank about your travel dates to avoid any issues. Most places also accept US dollars, so there's no need to exchange for Mexican pesos! We typically lock all valuables in our room in the safe and would recommend you do the same - i.e. passport, extra money, electronics.

I usually find it best to wait and book excursions directly at the resort. On the first morning, you’ll have a 1-on-1 meeting with a travel representative who will confirm your airport transfer details for departure day. They’ll also present a variety of excursion options with pricing. In my experience, this approach is the most reliable and cost-effective, as it includes transportation to and from the excursion as well.

This should all be included in your resort package through Karen. Typically, about 1-2 weeks before your departure, she will send you the details via mail or email. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to either her or us!

If you're unsure about your international phone plan, double-check with your current provider. Usually, Mexico doesn’t come with an extra charge! There's also typically free WiFi you can connect to at the resort.
