Our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will be outdoors, with the reception being held in a tent. We recommend you bring some sunglasses for the cocktail hour and a jacket/shawl if it gets chilly at night.

To help make this an unforgettable evening, we kindly ask that you dress to impress in your favourite formal outfits.

While we love all of our nieces and nephews, we have extended invitations only to the important adults in our lives. We hope you use this evening as an opportunity to enjoy a romantic night out with your significant other ❤️

Follow the signs to park in the lower hayfield.

Once you park in the lower hayfield, you will take a quick stroll up the pathway to the apple orchard. Take some time to take in the views at the top.

The cocktail hour and reception will be held on the main hayfield near the rustic barns. It is a short stroll down the pathway from the ceremony. Cocktail hour will begin immediately after the reception, so grab a drink and play some yard games! Dinner will begin at 6:30 pm under the stars.

During our cocktail hour and reception, there will be a selection of drinks available for guests to help themselves. So grab a beer, glass of wine or one of the featured His & Her drinks!

Of course, we would rather you arrive safely at home or to the hotel via a taxi, shuttle or uber.

Bring some comfortable dancing shoes for sure! The ceremony will be in a grassy area, but the reception is in the hay field which can be a bit rough on your toes if you are wearing open-toed shoes.

There are some local hotels in Bowmanville and Port Hope, however, since most of our guests are from the area, we did not reserve any hotel blocks.
