1. Pick Your Type of Cabin
First, please use the above link to find the specific cabins types, with details on bedrooms/bathroom/amenities. Also note that you can submit for a pet friendly cabin if interested. Once you find the type of cabin you like, scroll down to see the map and find the location you would like to be in regards to the campsite.
****PLEASE NOTE IF YOU BOOK THROUGH THE WEBSITE DIRECTLY YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BOOK CABINS IN OUR BLOCK!
These cabins listed are the ones I have reserved for our “wedding block”. If you would like a cabin that is not listed, you absolutely can request a room outside of the block. These are just ones that I have reserved for our wedding and are held up until 60 days before the wedding. Please pay attention to the bathroom setup as some are (in true camping form) outside of the cabin. All of the cabins styles in out block do have bathrooms inside the cabin.
2. Find Specific Cabin Location
Above (and linked) is the map of the campsite. Note that the highlighted portion are the cabins included in the block. However, feel free to reserve any cabin, whether in the block or not. Please reference the color coded key at the bottom right to distinguish different cabin types and ensure your requested cabin is the type you are wanting. Again feel free to book outside the block if you have a specific type/location you want! Most of the bridal party and family will be in the block location but by not means are those the only ones that can be booked!
3. Booking Your Cabin
After you have decided your cabin type and location of your chose, you will then submit this google form. On the form it has areas to request dates for check in/out, type of cabin, and location of cabin. You can also add golf carts reservations here to use during your trip! Once submitted this form goes to our venue coordinator. She will review it and reply via email with a link for the payment. PLEASE double check the receipt prior to paying to ensure all dates/details are correct!!! If you do not hear back within a week, please email or call the above number.
***of note some cabins say 8-12 people, I would recommend 4-6 adults per cabin for comfortable stays as the cabins are roomy but not super large
What airport is the closest?
The San Antonio airport is the closest ~25 miles away, with the Austin airport not much further away than that.
Can I book directly through the Camp Fifmo website?
Technically yes you can however I would prefer you request your cabin using the link above to allow our coordinator to group you into the “Blake/Kochanowski” block.
Also of note if you book through the website it will not allow you to check in/out on a Saturday. However if you book through the link above you will be able to, as weddings get special priorty.
Are dogs welcome?
Yes, SOME of the cabins are pet friendly! Make sure you select a cabin with the dog emoji next to it when completing the cabin request form.
I’m seeing that cabins with over 4 person have an additional fee?
Yes, there is a $25 fee added for more than 4 adults per cabin. However the benefit of splitting a cabin with other family/friends can be a good way to save some $$$ in the end.
Do I need a golf cart?
You do not, however the camp site is spaced out and very hilly. Some parts are walkable but you would likely benefit from a golf cart to get to the pool, saloon, ect. You can also drive around the camp in a car to access different parts if needed.
