Follow the rest of the directions for "Once you get to Courthouse Rd."
From 95 North
Take Exit 140 for County Rd towards Stafford
Go right at the fork in the road to go East on Courthouse Rd.
Follow the rest of the directions for "Once you get to Courthouse Rd."
From Route 1 North
Go North on Route 1 until you get to the stoplight for Courthouse Rd.
The Stafford County Courthouse will be on your left, and "Mr. Postal" will be on your right.

From Route 1 South
Go South on Route 1 until you get to the stoplight for Courthouse Rd.
The Stafford County Courthouse will be on your right, and "Mr. Postal" will be on your left.

Once you get to Courthouse Rd
Travel for 3.6 miles on Courthouse Rd until the road curves to the right, it almost looks like it forks
(the road will narrow right before this and the double yellow lines will stop, it will look like the road is dead-ending)
Go to the right and Elegance Estates will be on your right
(it’s not the white house you see on the left)
Turn right by the sign for Elegance Estates (after the mailbox) into the driveway and drive all the way around to go to the parking lot (the driveway is one way)
