The Hotel will reserve 30 rooms for the wedding, offering a discounted rate for those staying there. They do not require a deposit, and will be offered on a first come, first served basis

There will be a 12 passenger van that will transport guests staying at the hotel to and from venue on the day of the wedding. There will be 3 trips, 45 minutes apart from one another.

The hotel offers a free airport shuttle for guests staying overnight.

The Hotel offers a complimentary local shuttle that operates in a 5 mile radius of the hotel. For traveling outside this local area, you are welcome to rent a vehicle. The Hotel offers free parking to all vehicles.
