The weather is expected to be approximately 79° during the day and 60° in the evening.

The preferred attire for the wedding is Cocktail.

The Holiday Inn & Suites in Council Bluffs will be offering a discounted rate for rooms booked by the wedding guests. Rooms will be $105 per night for a single King bed or $115 per night for two Queen beds. To book a room, call the hotel at (712) 322-5050 and tell them you are with the Boltz/Cardoza wedding. Rooms must be reserved by 08/15/2025.

There will be a 12 passenger van that will transport guests staying at the hotel to and from venue on the day of the wedding. There will be 3 trips, 45 minutes apart from one another.

The hotel offers a free airport shuttle for guests staying overnight.

The Hotel offers a complimentary local shuttle that operates in a 5 mile radius of the hotel. For traveling outside this local area, you are welcome to rent a vehicle. The Hotel offers free parking to all vehicles.

Ready/return car spaces are located on the first and second floor of the North Garage at the Omaha Epply Airfield. For more information, call the OMA Business Office 402-661-8000. For Local Pickups, park in the North Garage – Level 3 and enter the Customer Service Building. We recommend booking your car ahead of time.
