When you check in, make sure you talk with the staff about about how to make reservations for some of the restaurants on site. While some are buffet style/walk in, others require a reservation that can be made on the Hyatt app,.
***IMPORTANT***
Some of the nicer restaurants require men to wear pants when dining. So you can pack accordingly.
If you want to travel into downtown Cancun from the Hyatt Ziva, you can pay a cab (expensive) OR you can take the red bus ($2 or 12 pesos) that stops at all the resorts in the hotel zone. The bus is safe and runs often during the day.
Isla Mujeres is a short ferry ride away from Cancun and boasts crystal clear water for snorkeling. The bride and groom will be going there on Sunday June 8th, let them know in your RSVP if you would like to join!
There are many places to shop, activities to do such as snorkeling, driving speed boats, and paragliding. If the Hyatt Ziva doesn't have enough activities for you, then downtown awaits!
