Houston is served by two airports: George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH), 20 miles NE of downtown, and William P. Hobby Airport (HOU), 12 miles SE of downtown. All major airlines fly into and out of Bush Intercontinental (IAH), with the exception of Southwest Airlines, which only flies into and out of Hobby (HOU), as of August 2024.

If you're traveling to Houston from out of state, we remind you to be cognizant of our two different airports. It's a rite of passage in Houston to show up to Bush and realize that you're actually supposed to be at Hobby (or vice versa, we've all done it), but for our out of town guests, that would be extremely unfortunate- so please make sure you're booking flights out of the correct airport to avoid that situation.

Both airports have rideshare (Uber, Lyft, etc.) pickup and drop-off zones, so transportation to and from the airport is relatively simple.

Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) is currently under construction, which has impacted traffic and check-in times due to certain terminals being closed, so please be sure to budget enough time for travel and check in for your departing flights. If you're flying out of Bush (IAH), we recommend being picked up at your hotel by your Uber 2.5 to 3 hours before your flight to be safe.

For guests traveling to the wedding via car (driving themselves, carpooling, Uber, etc.), please remember that traffic in Houston in notoriously bad, and plan to arrive at the ceremony earlier than its 2:45 pm start time in the event there's traffic on I-10, I-45, I-59, etc.

The following hotels are recommended for guests planning to stay the night in Houston on Friday and/or Saturday night. These hotels are located in downtown Houston near our venue, Corinthian, and in the Houston Heights, near All Saints Catholic Church, where our ceremony will be held. February through April are Houston's busy season for conventions, so we recommend booking a hotel room for our wedding weekend as soon as possible.
