We have set up a block of rooms at the Hampton Inn & suites. Click the button at the bottom of this page to book the room block! We are currently working with the hotel to continuously add more rooms to the hotel block as the rooms fill up.

There are unfortunately no ubers/lyfts out in Hood River, so if you don't plan on driving yourself/getting a ride with a friend the night of the reception, and you plan on using our provided transportation, please keep in mind walking distance near one of the two transportation dropoff locations!

Transportation to the reception

Transportation will be provided to get to the reception, departing from Hampton Inn and a central lot in Hood River to accommodate guests staying elsewhere. When you RSVP, make sure to RSVP for transportation if you plan on not driving, and you will be assigned a bus!

Transportation from the reception

On the way back from the reception, the bus will make two stops. One stop downtown Hood River at the Whiskey Tango, and then Hampton Inn for folks staying downtown. Whiskey Tango is a central area to other hotels and Airbnb options nearby if you've decided to book either at a different hotel or an Airbnb!

If you are not seeing a room in the block currently available, or don't see a room in the block that suits your needs, we suggest to:

- Check if there are any other rooms at the Hampton Inn that are not apart of the block

- Book an Airbnb or VRBO

- Check if there are any available hotel rooms at any of the other hotels nearby

*Again keep in mind walking distance from one of the two dropoff locations if you're not driving!
