When should I RSVP by?

Please refer to your formal invitation for RSVP details. We kindly request that you respond by the date indicated to help us finalize arrangements

What if I didn't RSVP in time?

If we haven't received your RSVP by the specified date, you will be automatically marked as "Not Attending." We'll miss celebrating with you, but we must provide our vendors with a final headcount within the timeframe they gave us. Thank you for understanding.

Are children invited?

While we adore your little ones, our ceremony and reception are for adults only, except for our two lovely flower girls and immediate family. We hope you enjoy this well-deserved evening out.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Due to limited space, only guests formally named on your invitation are invited. If a plus-one is included, their name will appear on your invitation, and you'll see a space for them when you RSVP.

Is there shuttle service to and from the venue?

Yes, we've arranged shuttle service for guests staying at the hotel. Please check the "Hotel" section for more details.

Where do I park?

A spacious and complimentary parking lot is available at the venue for those driving. If you plan to drink, please consider using Uber or Lyft, both of which service the area. Please don't drink and drive.

What is the dress code?

We'd love to see our friends and family dressed up for our big day! Semi-formal or cocktail attire is requested. Please, no jeans. Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors.

Are there any colors I should avoid?

We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride—such as white, champagne, ivory, and cream.

What colors are the bridesmaids wearing?

Our beautiful bridesmaids will be dressed in terra-cotta.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive by 4:30PM to ensure ample time to settle in and find your seat.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

We're having an "unplugged" ceremony, so we kindly request no phone or camera use. Being fully present with us is the greatest gift you can give. Our professional photographer will capture these moments, and we'll share the photos with you as soon as possible. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like! A photo booth will also be available throughout the night.

What will we eat?

During the cocktail hour, there will be passed hors d’oeuvres, charcuterie and hot appetizers stations to enjoy. Dinner will be buffet-style, featuring pasta, carving, and Philly cheesesteak stations, all paired with delicious sides. There's something for everyone!

I have a food allergy; can I make a specific request?

Yes, please reach out to us with any allergy-related concerns or requests.

Will there be an open bar?

Absolutely! The drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you. (; Please drink responsibly. If you're not staying at the hotel and using the shuttle, please arrange safe transportation home.

What time does the reception end?

Our wedding festivities will conclude at 10:30 PM. For those wishing to continue celebrating, we've arranged for the hotel bar to remain open until 2:00 AM.

How can I contribute to your honeymoon fund?

Your presence is the greatest gift! However, if you’d like to contribute to our honeymoon fund, you can do so online under the Registry tab. A wedding card can also be placed in the card box before the ceremony or during the reception.
