Ohhhhhh Liz!!! I first met Liz in 2011 when she was hired at Fitness 19. She and I connected early on, talking about our lack of love of shopping, sharing relationship advice, calling each other during times of frustration and enjoying each other's company! We saw each other 4-5 days a week so we've been very close, sharing pretty much every life event! We laugh a lot when we're together, and I have a great appreciation for our friendship! I was so excited when Liz asked me to be a bridesmaid; and I'm honored to stand by her side on her most important day!-Erin
Emily Bethany
Emily Bethany - Ally
Emily and I have been best friends since before we were born...just kidding but it sure does feel that way! We first met at Ideal Fitness back in 2007 where we were both working at the time. To this day, I have yet to meet someone so driven and dedicated towards a passion and career as you, Emily, and I'm so excited to have you standing beside me. Sometimes you just have a special connection with someone that defies all reason and even despite a 240 mile plus distance, we continue to grow stronger every single day. I mean that literally, we literally grow stronger every day...because we like to lift heavy things! Cheers, Chonch!
Ashley Hume

Liz and I met on the first night of her sorority recruitment. She talked about lacrosse so much that I just called her "the lacrosse girl" for the entire week. Fun fact, I had no idea that lacrosse even existed until that conversation so it's pretty surprising that we hit it off and became close friends. When it comes to my favorite memory with Liz, I think that I would just say that it was our entire time as roommates. We are both super particular about things (which I love), love singing along to Disney movies, always chatted about girls and guys, and got super into cheering people on with the reality TV shows that we watched. My favorite times together were those little things that it's going to be harder (but not impossible) to do now that we are both growing up!-Ashley
Stephanie Burrow
Stephanie Burrow - Ally
Stephanie and I first met when we were 13 years old! We grew up in the "music industry" (middle school and high school band) and even got to travel Europe together because of it. I consider her and her family very much my family seeing as I spent most of my teenage years at their house. Steph, your love for cats and your students are my favorite things about you as well as your intention to always have a fantastic time no matter what you're doing (even if it's the most boring of baseball games where the score is tied 1-1 and we go extra innings!) From ridiculous adventures to random last minute concerts (not to mention Spice Girls Reunion Tour concerts); from irresponsible road trips to Dave Chappelle stand-up, I know this girl will keep me forever young!
Paula Decker
Paula Decker - Ally
Paula is my "gym mom" and probably knows me better than most! We have worked together for close to ten years now and she has literally watched me grow from a weird, shy, introverted eighteen year old into the (still) weird, outgoing and confident adult that I am today. One minute this lady is playing with her grandkids and the next she is driving a sports car down Highway 1 in California with her husband. She is a constant reminder to me that you should never ever stop having fun and that any chance you get to go to a concert, you better effin' take it! Thanks for always being 100% real with me 100% of the time.
Erika Massey

We met through your brother Peter my now husband đź’•. My favorite memory is getting to sleep in the same room as you in Myrtle Beach and play lacrosse on the sand.-Erika
Tommy Dunn
Tommy Dunn - Ally
Tommy is probably one of the most hardworking, honest, athletic (wait, does that make you an athlete?) and intelligent guys I know. We have grown up together through most of our twenties and I have learned so much from this guy. Tommy, you have been my co-worker, my boss and most importantly one of my best friends and it wouldn't make any sense at all if you weren't a part of the biggest day of my life. I love going to work every single day knowing witty banter and immature jokes await! Sorry I didn't like you when we first met.

I have been given the opportunity to know Elizabeth for more than half our lives ever since we were wee little ones trying to make our way, unscathed, through the halls of what was known as grade school. I want to believe that, ever since we met (we can't say for sure, my memory sometimes escapes me) that we hit the ground running with our friendship. Some of the fondest memories with her come from countless hours playing with Legos, letting her die over and over again in the Super Nintendo game Zombies Ate My Neighbors, and watching her impersonate The Rock's line, "Can you smell what The Rock is cooking" with her eyebrow raised and a dramatized demeanor. On the WWE front, let us not forget when she came to visit my family in Texas with me and we spent an ENTIRE day running around the malls, looking for the WWE championship belt - which, I think we found? I am not sure, but we will just say we were successful. No matter what we were doing, though, I can honestly say we were always getting into something different (fear not, family, it was always legal and safe) and we were always having a heck of time doing it. I can't say with more sincerity how lucky I have been to have Elizabeth in my life. Like all friendships, we have gone through times of speaking more and times of speaking less, but I know that no matter what happens, our friendship holds true - we will always be there for each other and will continue to make countless memories to enjoy. Over the years, Elizabeth and her family have truly become my family and will always hold a special place in my life and my heart. Congratulations to both Brittany and Elizabeth for finding someone so special for each other - I look forward celebrating them and their big day, and continuing to grow these memories with both of you!-Shelby
Stephanie Richie
Stephanie Richie - Ally
My absolute favorite thing about you, Stephanie, is your ability to laugh at literally anything. You are constantly having a good time whether you're with people or just having your own private party. You have taught me that it's perfectly acceptable to take a nap at a bar while dancing and also just how much fun it can be to send recordings to each other while singing "Hello" by Adele. We've been clients and trainers, we've been landlords and tenants, but best of all we've been the greatest of friends! Here's to many more years of ghost stories and dance moves. Thanks for always being mine and Liz's number one fan. *snail*

I'll never forget when I met Liz. It was at a soup and pie themed recruitment event our sorority, AOII, was hosting to recruit new members. Liz was already a member of the chapter and I was a potential new member. Liz approached me in classic effervescent Liz fashion and introduced herself, then offered me some of her sweet tea. She just happened to be walking around with an entire gallon of sweet tea to herself. I remember thinking to myself, "She seems sweet, and I do love sweet tea, but maybe I shouldn't accept tea from a stranger carrying around their own gallon..." Who would have thought what started as an awkward encounter would blossom into a beautiful friendship! Some of my favorite memories with Liz are of the Fryberger Greek sings we competed in together. Anyone who knows Liz, knows that she is not a singer, however, Liz puts her heart and soul into everything that she does. I was song chair and desperate for girls to compete and Liz stepped up to the plate for me. She worked tirelessly getting the choreography down and mastering her lip-sync. You would never know unless you were right next to her that she wasn't singing a note. She brought laughter to every practice! Liz and I have had so many incredible memories together, I truly am thankful to call her not only my sister but a dear friend. I am so honored to share a special part in Liz and Brittany's big day!-Debbie
Becca Stettenbenz
Becca Stettenbenz - Ally
Becca and I actually first met when we were in third grade! She moved next door to me and from that moment on, it was constant basketball, rollerblading, Tetris, band practice...you name it, we did it. I'm so, so grateful that you and I were able to reconnect, Becca, because I have had a blast with you and Josh both. My favorite thing about you is how you are down for literally anything! From dancing the night away to roasting sausages in the rain on your back porch; from family baseball games to double dates to the movies, I know I can always count on you for a good time. You are the most creative person I have ever met and I'm so lucky to have you back in my life.

I first met Liz on a double-dinner-date with my wife Becca and Brittany to Los Azteca's Mexican restaurant last February. Liz is hands-down the happiest person I have ever met, and her energy and optimism are always contagious. I enjoy our conversations and our many little adventures–from unusual art shows to relocating bonfires–and I am so honored and grateful to call Liz my friend.-Josh
