Brittany and Tyler met at a friend's birthday dinner at a BYOB Chinese restaurant in Old Town Chicago (RIP Lan's) in the winter of 2018. Thanks to the very hard work of their close friends Trevor and Shelby, Tyler eventually worked up the nerve to ask Brittany to his work Christmas party (as friends of course), but luckily she was able to look past the fact that he had weird dance moves and thought wearing a turtleneck / blazer combo was funny and agreed to a second date. Shortly after getting together, the two were forced back to Michigan due to COVID where the relationship had to quickly mature (do we quarantine at your family's house or mine?). A year later, Tyler convinced Brittany to move from Chicago to Denver in 2021 to feed his ski addiction and now that she is accustomed 300+ days of sun every year, they may never leave. Together, Tyler and Britt are now Colorado natives after the purchase of their first home at the end of 2023. They look forward to life's many adventures to come!
