We ask that you arrive and are seated no later than 4:15 pm. The ceremony prelude will begin at 4:00 pm.

We are requesting cocktail attire. Our ceremony will take place outside. We have both covered and uncovered ceremony options depending on the weather that day. While the ceremony shouldn't be too long, please account for Ohio's unpredictable temperatures! If it's a tad chilly, we will have blankets available and heaters turned on. Cocktail hour and the reception will both be in climate-controlled spaces.

If you received a plus one they will appear on your formal invitation and under your name when you RSVP.

We ask that you submit your RSVP no later than March 23, 2025 so we can submit our final guest count to our vendors.

We kindly request that this is an adults-only event. We hope you understand and are still able to join us on our special day!

We will have rooms blocked under "Hardyman-Oberling Wedding" at Hyatt Place Columbus/Polaris. If you're traveling from out of town, visit the "travel" and "things to do" tab!

Yes! If you are staying at the hotel, we are providing transportation. There will be trips to and from the venue/ hotel. If you plan on using this service, please be at the designated pick up location on time. To provide the most accurate guest count to our shuttle driver, please indicate if you will use this service when you RSVP. You may also drive to the venue and leave your vehicle there overnight if necessary. Check the website the week of the wedding for confirmation of pick up times!
